What sets successful people aside from the rest is that they are bigger than their problems, while poor people are smaller than their problems. Poor or unsuccessful people try to avoid problems and challenges, choosing instead to pretend that they have no problems at all when often they may be in serious financial trouble. Rich or successful people however have learned that the secret to success is not to try and shrink your issues, but rather to grow yourself to be bigger than your problems.
Whether you are rich or poor, the reality that anyone wanting to make a million dollars or more needs to accept is that problems do not vanish – you cannot avoid problems in life, and that is an absolute. By this logic, the size of the problem isn’t really what matters here – it’s the size of you that counts! By growing as a person and developing your skills, you will become bigger than your problems – making them less important all the time. Eventually, even if your problems are there, they will not seem huge or daunting, and you will easily be able to take on any challenge.
The more problems you can handle -> the more business you can handle -> the more responsibilities you can handle -> the more clients you can handle and ultimately, the more money and wealth you can handle. It really is that simple – your income can only grow at the rate that you are growing. Aim to improve yourself to be able to conquer it all, and you will start to grow bigger than your problems.
